Chico is a Mexican immigrant who only appeared in "The Itis".
He is a humble waiter and busboy who worked at The Itis back when it was still a vegetarian restaurant under a different name, being one of the few workers who were allowed by Ed Wuncler I to stay after Robert Freeman took control as the new manager. Belying his low status in the restaurant, he is shown to be surprisingly erudite and insightful with regards to soul food, having taken an African-American history class at a local community college in Woodcrest. He is also CPR-certified, saving Janet O'Siren's life when she suffered a sudden heart attack from eating one last Luther Burger.
